I was going through old notes on my phone and found one of the lists of goals I made for 2019 and thought I’d share. Every January I like to sit down and write a l ist of goals l'd like to achieve over the next twelve months. (I also wrote out a list of things I would like to manifest in my life, but that’s a different blog post!) So even though it’s basically halfway through the year, I thought I would carry on the tradition I started last year and share some of my goals with you! CONCEPT OF PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT Personality is not only about outward appearence but also includes internal changes. Qualities like good physical health, a steadymind, control over your emotions, self confidence, positive thinking, etc. must be nurtured. Earlier it was thought that intellectual development was the most important factor to judge personality development. However, now criteria like physical &emotinal strength, social maturity, spritual development, etc. are also consiserdimportant. Only academic growth is not sufficient in the world of today.      1.1. You already know that complete personality development includes physical, emotional, intellectual, social & spritual development. It  is process we must live through correcting & enriching ourselves in all our walking hours.  1.2. PLANS FOR FOTURE DEVELOPMENT Plan your daily routine, which includes nutritious food, exercise., recreation, rest, etc. Enrich yourself by undertaking activities like excursion

Our life is like a lump of clay. It is literally in our hand to give it a proper shape and figure. It is our duty to mould it properly. Value education tells us what is good and what is bad, wjat is proper and what is improper. However some factors contribute and work together in the inculcation of right values. Sometimes a person may have to fight against these values; For Ex. -Your family may have the tradition of pampering sons and ignoring daughters. Then it may come in conflict with your value of gender inequality qnd may clash with your value of scientific attitude. The way you face such problems will reveal a great deal about your personality. Personal factor is one of the most important factor responsible for the    development of righteous personality. Just think.. When a egg breaks due to some external force the life is cut short, but when the egg breaks due to some internal force the life begins.
